Corn microgreen shoots have delicate, bright yellow tender leaves, with a sugary sweet, crunchy flavor. They are a great source of vitamins, including A, B, C, & E, and other nutrients, including calcium, magnesium, Thiamin and Niacin. They also contain ferulic acid, iron, and beta-carotene, which have excellent antioxidant properties and help boost the body's immune system.

Common Uses:
Use as a topping on your favorite pizza, as a simple snack or fry with other veggies for a crisp texture in your favorite dishes. They cook with a texture similar to peas but with a sweeter flavor.
