Peas

A staple among dishes worldwide. Pea Microgreen shoots are thin, fluorescent and sweet when harvested young. They have a crispy texture that perfectly complements meat, fish and salads. Pea microgreens are low in fat but high in everything else. They contain high-quality protein (4g per 100g), fibre, omega-3 and micronutrients. Rich in folate, carbohydrates, and vitamins A, C, K, E, B1, B2, B3, and B6.

Common Uses:
Peas can be used in many traditional and contemporary dishes to add flavour and texture. Add to stir fry, as a topping for steak or in a salad for extra crunch.
